Partnership staff member Rachel Radawec gave an insightful presentation at last week's IDA Conference

Rachel Radawec, Director of Public Space Operations & Programming at the Tampa Downtown Partnership, gave a terrific presentation on place management at last week’s International Downtown Association (IDA) Conference.

The discussion pondered which of these methods best influences the effectiveness of public space initiatives such as vibrancy enhancement and safety.
