Parking in Downtown Tampa

With more than 24,000 parking spaces, there’s always somewhere to park in Downtown Tampa! There are thousands of spaces in convenient garages close to businesses, attractions, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. 

Monthly Parking

Don’t forget you can park on the perimeter to save money or take advantage of the TECO Line Streetcar, or Coast Bikeshare to help you get to your final destination.

On Street Parking

Downtown has more than 1,600 on-street parking spaces. Hours vary. Learn more here.

Payment options include an on-street pay station accepting coin and credit card or through the ParkMobile App allowing time extensions where permitted.

Hourly Parking

All public parking garages have hourly parking available. Rates vary. Check out parking options here.

Event Parking

Most surface lots and public garages are available for event parking. Rates will vary. Click here for the City of Tampa’s offerings. Then take advantage of the TECO Line Streetcar, Coast Bikeshare, or strolling on our ample sidewalks to get to your final destination.

 

Electric Vehicle Charging

Downtown has over 30 places to charge electric vehicles, including in all City-owned garages.
