The Tampa Downtown Partnership serves as the steward of Downtown Tampa, cultivating public and private partnerships, and encouraging Downtown’s physical and economic development. As a proactive leadership organization, the Tampa Downtown Partnership acts as an advocate for the Downtown community.

Rivergate Tower is located on the northwest corner of Kennedy and Ashley. Parking can be accessed from a nearby on-street pay station, valet after 11am for $6.00/hour or in the attached garage for $3/half-hour (entrance at Ashley and Twiggs). HART Route 30 runs along Kennedy Blvd. Bike racks are available on the river side of the building.
