Zipcar, the world’s leading car sharing service is now available in Downtown Tampa from three different locations. That means you can drive when and where you want with no strings attached!

With Zipcar, members reserve self-service, on-demand cars by the hour or day, 24/7 online or on their app, making it easy to run errands, or even spring for a road trip. Since Zipcar covers gas, insurance, and 180 miles per day, you can enjoy the freedom of the open road, without any of the extra costs.

Downtown residents, workers and visitors can nab $25 in free driving, compliments of the Tampa Downtown Partnership.

E-Scooters

The City of Tampa launched a one-year pilot program with providers Bird, Lime,  Spin, and JUMP deploying about 2,400 e-scooters throughout town. The e-scooters are available for rent via credit card and pricing varies by the minute and by provider. While riders can take trips all over the city on sidewalks, there are a few no-ride zones, including the Riverwalk, Bayshore Boulevard and East Seventh Street in Ybor City. To use the e-scooters, download the app on a smartphone and follow the prompts!
