Eggsploration returns April 8th with new title sponsor!

Downtown Tampa’s largest egg hunt returns for its second year on Saturday, April 8th. Ashley’s Eggsploration, brought to you by the Tampa Downtown Partnership, will have people of all ages searching for thousands of eggs scattered throughout Julian B. Lane Park. New this year, Ashley – this year’s title sponsor – will be hiding a select number of golden eggs, which will lead to grand prizes.

River O' Green Festival brings thousands to Downtown Tampa on St. Patrick's Day

Thousands of people felt the luck of the Irish last Friday in Downtown Tampa.

 

The 12th annual River O’ Green St. Patrick’s Day festival kicked off Friday afternoon. This was the first time since 2018 that the event was on St. Patrick’s Day.

Small, furnished apartments break ground near Water Street in Downtown Tampa

Developers Craig Bazarsky of Tampa and Chris Bicho of Newport, Rhode Island-based Landings Real Estate Group said last week that they are moving forward with a seven-story, 104-unit apartment complex at 701 E. Whiting St.

Celebrate Franklin Street's history by checking out this new window display

The Tampa Downtown Partnership received a grant from Hillsborough County to celebrate Franklin Street’s history. We collaborated with the Tampa Bay History Center, CVS and 220 Madison owners to install historic photographs on both the Madison and Franklin windows. Stop by and check them out!
