‘What’s Pop-In?’ is the Tampa Downtown Partnership’s new community engagement event series happening June 1st through the 7th.

 

These pop-up events, which will occur in different neighborhoods of our Downtown, give our community an opportunity to share feedback about their unique neighborhoods and engage in conversations with our staff while enjoying FREE “pop” treats like popcorn, popsicles, and cake pops!

Tampa Heights YMCA to be reborn as anchor of mixed-use development

Tampa’s Ellison Development, led by Casey Ellison and co-founded by Sidd Pagidipati, has asked the city to rezone a 6.2-acre assemblage along North Florida Avenue. The rezoning will make way for a 1.25-million-square-foot development that’s essentially a miniature city and a peer project to the nearby Heights district and Water Street Tampa.
