New FREE community fitness class arrives to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park tonight

Want to push your body while improving your muscular and cardiovascular endurance? Come out to Rumble Boxing in the Park at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park every Monday at 6:00pm starting tonight! This is a 45-minute group fitness workout that consists of 6 rounds of body weight exercises and shadow boxing that will push your body to new heights!

The historic Tampa Theatre announces the return of backstage tours

Downtown’s Tampa Theatre is bringing back their monthly “Balcony to Backstage Tours”. The public is invited to learn more about the historic movie palace’s secrets, stories, art, and architecture. The deadline to apply for our Downtown Tampa Neighborhood Enhancement Grant has been pushed to February 19!

The Downtown Neighborhood Enhancement Grant is an initiative centered around the growth and betterment of the neighborhoods in Tampa’s Downtown. This program offers annual grants of up to $5,000 to each of Downtown’s seven neighborhoods, and is intended to fund free and accessible community-driven projects. NEW APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday, February 19
