Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park is back! Join us for Yoga in the Park every Sunday from 6-7 pm, instructed by Latonyia Sumpter with Empowered Wellbeing! This class is located in Curtis Hixon Park, welcomes all yogis, beginner or advanced, and focuses on kindness and overall wellness of the body and mind.

April is Physical Wellness Month! To celebrate, we’ll be distributing punch cards at each of the daily fitness classes offered Sunday-Thursday! For every class you attend, you’ll receive a stamp on your punch card. The more stamps you have, the higher your chances are to win in a drawing for prizes
