Rumble Boxing in the Park

Grab your sneakers and a friend to join us outside for a 45-minute workout consisting of body weight exercises and shadow boxing! We will work through 6 rounds while you push your body, improving both muscular and cardio endurance.

 

April is Physical Wellness Month! To celebrate, we’ll be distributing punch cards at each of the daily fitness classes offered Sunday-Thursday! For every class you attend, you’ll receive a stamp on your punch card. The more stamps you have, the higher your chances are to win in a drawing for prizes
