The Tampa Downtown Partnership fosters Tampa’s vibrant and diverse multi-use downtown neighborhoods and plays a key role in creating a 24-hour urban center where people can learn, live, work and play. Programs such as our Clean and Safe team and our transportation initiatives make accessing and navigating downtown an easy and enjoyable experience.

As a membership organization, we are driven to serve the downtown business community and are empowered by what each member brings to our organization. Together, we strive to improve the collective downtown community, to be an active conduit of information and resources, to promote a shared vision for Tampa’s downtown, and create and implement the plans that support that vision.

Business Manager
This Executive Management position reports directly to President and indirectly to the Officers of the Board. Attention to accuracy, detail and ability to work with constantly shifting priorities and deadlines is important. The ability to work independently; set priorities; and take initiative in defining and executing tasks is required. Working knowledge of accounting principles; spreadsheet design; personnel /payroll procedures; and computer technology is essential. Responsibilities include fiscal/accounting administration; payroll management; benefits and 401K retirement plan administration; general office management; knowledge of computer systems and software applications (MS Office Products, QuickBooks and multiple online platforms).

TDP serves as the steward of Downtown Tampa, cultivating public and private collaborations and encouraging Downtown Tampa’s physical and economic development. As a proactive leadership organization TDP acts as an advocate for the Downtown Tampa community, including 225 member companies, 8100+ residents, 58,000+ employees, and innumerable visitors daily visitors.
