Happy Thanksgiving from the Tampa Downtown Partnership!

The Partnership wishes you and your family a blessed and joyful Thanksgiving! Be safe, healthy, and well. Our office will be closed November 26th & 27th and will reopen with regular hours on November 30th.

Winter Village is back to make your holiday merry and bright!

The Tampa Downtown Partnership is thrilled to bring back Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park for the fifth consecutive year. Winter Village features a real ice rink, local shops, festive food and drink, and a holiday light show. This year, there are a couple of changes with protocols in place for a safe and festive holiday celebration and ice skating tickets only being available for purchase online.

New, colorful bike parking areas and racks pop up throughout Tampa's Downtown

The Partnership’s Director of Transportation and Planning, Karen Kress, spoke with the Tampa Bay Times about a new project that will add 98 bicycle parking spaces Downtown.

Team up with the Tampa Police Department this holiday season to help others in need

The Tampa Police Department is hosting a holiday food drive for families in need and is asking for your help! Please donate any of the following items to your nearest police district by December 4th.

 

  • Green Beans and Peas
  • Turkey Gravy (can or mix)
  • Cake Mix & Frosting
  • Corn
  • Soups
  • Cornbread or Biscuit Mix
  • Yams
  • Pasta & Sauce
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Instant Potatoes
  • Macaroni & Cheese
  • Coffee & Tea
  • Stuffing
  • Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • Kool-Aid and Juice
  • Chicken Broth
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Any non-perishable food item

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Cushman & Wakefield retained to lease key Water Street properties

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to lease and manage 1001 Water Street and 400 Channelside Drive, two trophy office developments, in Tampa, on behalf of Strategic Property Partners, LLC (SPP), the developer of the 56-acre mixed-use Water Street Tampa neighborhood.
