Tampa Downtown Partnership is bringing Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park back for the 2020 season with protocols in place for a safe and festive holiday celebration. Winter Village features a real ice rink, local shops, festive food and drink, and a holiday light show. This year, ice skating tickets must be purchased in advance.

Preservationists saved historic Tampa Union Station two decades ago by raising the millions of dollars needed to restore the building. This time around preservationists and city council members, Orlando Gudes and Bill Carlson, are working to bring more business to the station to help offset the cost of repairs.
