Tampa's Downtown loves its Riverwalk. So how about six more miles of it?

The new segments of the Riverwalk will parallel the existing waterside path across the river, then loop into neighborhoods west of the river. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Tampa Bay's first Yard House planned for Water Street

The developers behind Water Street Tampa are planning a giant Yard House bar and restaurant directly across the street from Amalie Arena.

 

Plans filed last week with the city show a detailed proposal for a 16,400-square-foot building at 450 Channelside Drive, on the northwest corner of Channelside Drive and Nebraska Avenue — the block that formerly housed Ferg’s Live.

Newly formed biotech company establishes U.S. presence in Tampa

Newly formed biotech company NuMedTechs announced it has established its U.S. presence in Tampa and will initially locate at Quest Workspaces in downtown Tampa’s Rivergate Tower.

 

“Tampa’s established life sciences sector, strong talent pool, and access to local and regional support make it a perfect location for us to establish this newly formed company,” said M. Damian Billy, Founder/CEO of The Econophy Group, LLC, a Florida-based independent sponsor private equity firm and majority stakeholder in NuMedTechs.
