Award-winning Chicago artist's new exhibit opens at the Glazer Children's Museum

Maxwell Emcays’ exhibit features works by several young artists from the Tampa area, including some Glazer Children’s Museum kids. It is rooted in representation and identity, encouraging young artists to explore their identities and proudly wave their flags. The exhibit will stay at the museum until the end of the month. Families can see it for free on July 17, 24 and 31.

Tampa's Downtown apartment tower Channel Club is on the market

CBRE Group Inc. in Tampa is listing Channel Club, a 21-story tower anchored by Publix Super Markets Inc. at 1105 E Twiggs St., for sale. The transaction could be the city’s most significant multifamily sale of 2021.
