Tampa’s Downtown was featured by every major news outlet in the country in print media, broadcast, and digital publications. In case you missed it, the NFL Network released a video featuring iconic Downtown locations, narrated by Morgan Freeman, before Sunday’s game.

A report released last Thursday by real estate brokerage Redfin ranked the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater combined statistical area fourth in the U.S. in terms of the biggest net inflow of new residents.
Tampa Bay gained about 47,000 new people last year which is the most residents the area gained in any year in the last decade with the exception of 2016.

“Cumberland Avenue is more than a road, it is a joint between neighborhoods, a link between communities, and a vibrant thoroughfare that will connect people and businesses,” Mayor Castor said in a statement.
The Cumberland road extension connects Meridian Avenue on the east to Brorein Street on the west.
