Tampa Downtown Partnership members, Buchanan Ingersol & Rooney, are hosting former Governor Jeb Bush, Florida Speaker-designate Chris Sprowls, and former U.S. Representative Tom Rooney to virtually present about pressing issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic regarding education at all levels in Florida. The speaker series is free to register and will stream on Tuesday, August 4th at 1pm.

Scooters return to Tampa's Downtown after being removed due to COVID-19

“We are a method of transportation outdoors and it’s single user so it allows you to be physically distant and we have taken every measure possible to make sure these devices are disinfected prior to putting them out on the streets,” said Uhriel Bedoya, General Manager for Lime in Florida.

Glass signed by Tampa Bay Lightning fans is installed at "bubble" arena

A piece of glass, signed by Lightning fans as a part of the “Be The Distant Thunder” campaign, has been installed at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. The campaign also had several Lightning players sign a separate piece of glass as a tribute to health care workers and other frontline staff working during the pandemic. That player-signed glass was installed as a safety barrier at the emergency room front desk at AdventHealth in Tampa.
