Downtown Dollar stimulus program comes to an end. Take advantage of our last voucher giveaway this Wednesday!

This program will be held Wednesday, September 1st from 11:30am – 1:30pm. This month vouchers can be picked up at Lykes Gaslight Square Park and the Bank of America Plaza (while supplies last).

New ground mural in Tampa's Downtown is designed to improve safety

Our President and CEO, Lynda Remund and Director of Transportation, Karen Kress spoke with ABC Action News about our new Vision Zero mural on Kay Street.

 

“The Kay Street is the latest mural we have commissioned that makes our Downtown more vibrant and inviting, but more importantly improves the safety of these key pedestrian crossings – making it a win-win,” noted Tampa Downtown Partnership President and CEO Lynda Remund.

14th Annual Crack up Cancer Comedy Benefit returns to the Straz Center

Do you like to laugh? Do you want to help your community at the same time? You can do just that at the 14th Annual Crack up Cancer Comedy Benefit when it returns to Ferguson Hall at the Straz Center on Saturday, September 11, 2021.

 

100% of the profits from the event go to the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation Life Grant program that helps financially eligible individuals pay for critical living expenses while those individuals are unable to work during their prolonged cancer treatments.

Volunteers needed for International Downtown Association's Annual Conference in Tampa's Downtown

The Tampa Downtown Partnership is happy to host the 67th International Downtown Association’s Annual Conference and Marketplace October 20-22, 2021!

 

We are looking for volunteers to serve as ambassadors and help showcase Tampa’s Downtown to hundreds of visitors from Downtowns throughout the world.

This year’s theme, “Modern Momentum,” will focus on the ways in which urban districts have creatively embraced new challenges to better support economic development, placemaking and communications in their community.
