During the month of August, the Partnership will be giving out free $5,000 grants to businesses looking to improve the exterior of their location. The purpose of the Storefront and Sidewalk Café Grant Program is to support and encourage more investment in the street level appearance and activation through storefront and sidewalk café improvements.

ConnectWise will occupy just over 65,000 square feet in the Park Tower Building at 400 N Tampa St., adjacent to Lykes Gaslight Square Park. The company will have offices on four floors, plus a ground-level retail showroom and signage atop the building.
