App-based ride service program, the Downtowner, will end on April 30th due to a lack of funding. The Tampa Downtown Partnership has greatly appreciated the partnership with the City of Tampa, HART, and the Florida Department of Transportation to deliver the Downtowner since 2016. Stay tuned for future updates from HART and the City of Tampa of a potential replacement service for Tampa’s Downtown.
