Holiday Lights Bike Ride

Coast Bike Share, Tampa’s Downtown and FDOT West Central – Tampa Area invite you to enjoy a holiday lights bike ride through the City of Tampa!

Deck your bike with boughs of holly (or festive decorations of your choice) and join us for a gentle, family-friendly ride through downtown to celebrate the opening of Jackson Street cycle track.

We’ll return to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park for the official tree lighting ceremony followed by a light show and free screening of The Santa Clause, presented by Tampa Theatre and sponsored by the F. E. Lykes Foundation.

After, celebrate the holiday season at the Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park with ice skating, a sing along with Late Night Brass as they perform your favorite holiday carols, and festive treats at the Icicle Craft Kitchen.

This event is free, but advance ticket registration for the bike ride is recommended.
