Set in New York’s Hudson Valley, Hillrock Estate Distillery was founded by husband and wife Jeffrey Baker and Cathy Franklin, alongside legendary Master Distiller Dave Pickerell. Every whiskey is crafted entirely on their historic estate, from growing and harvesting heirloom grains to floor malting, copper pot distillation, aging in fine oak, and hand bottling.
