Workout in one of our lovely City of Tampa Parks for approximately 1 hour on three Saturdays out of each month. The workout is typically a fun mix of cardio and strength training for all fitness levels. Saturday Sweat Sesh

Senior Fitness Walk

Lace up those walking shoes and get ready for a fun program with fellow Tampa seniors. This senior fitness walking program gives participants a chance to get out and get fit! Walkers will meet at the tables in front of the market facing the Riverwalk entrance. Senior Fitness Walk

An annual networking event for creatives curated by Gold Mined Productions.
