The Tampa Downtown Partnership recently hosted the latest iteration of its “Office in the Park” program at The Square, an initiative designed to engage directly with the community and gather valuable feedback. For this event, we partnered with PODS Moving and Storage to set up a small, temporary office space within the park. This unique setup allowed community members to interact with Partnership staff in an informal setting, sharing their experiences and impressions of the newly enhanced park amenities. 

Visitors to The Square were encouraged to participate in a quick survey, helping us gauge interest in further improvements and understand how the space is being utilized. The feedback collected is invaluable as we continue to develop and enhance public spaces in Downtown Tampa. 

The Square itself is a prime example of a tactical approach to public space enhancements. By bringing concepts to life, we can better demonstrate the potential and value of these spaces to the community. The positive interactions and insights gained during the Office in the Park event highlight the importance of community engagement in shaping the future of our Downtown area.
