The Downtown Tampa Parking Study and Plan is the first comprehensive analysis of parking in Tampa’s central business and events district. In the last decade, major changes in downtown have greatly influenced its overall parking profile, adding new stress to the system. The presentation outlines short and long-term recommendations from this data-driven, comprehensive study, along with implementation strategies. The plan addresses issues such as availability of parking, managing City-owned assets, and connecting parking to key destinations through enhanced mobility options.
