Coming to the ENCORE District on Ray Charles Blvd, Totum Market & Eatery is aiming to open sometime later this summer. Totum will be a 26,000 square foot natural market, which will include a grocery of local, organic, products. The market will also include a cafe and bar with smoothies and cold pressed juices, prepared foods such as breakfast bowls and salads, and a bottle shop curated with a natural wine list. Totum will also have niche wellness products and vegan options.
They will also be partnered with Pete’s Bagels for their full bagel program. Totum will offer an extensive variety of options for those who may be gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and more!

Through hurricanes, combative weather and two years of construction, ONE Tampa reached its full 42-story height on Friday. The Downtown high rise will be Tampa’s tallest residential building, adding 225 luxury condos to the ever-growing Downtown environment. Of the 225 units, nearly 70% of them have sold, and residents will be closing and moving in sometime next Fall.
The building amenities will include terraces, over-sized walk-in closets, full-height windows, and other luxury features for the residents. ONE Tampa will be in a prime location of Downtown, located close to the Tampa Riverwalk, Straz Center, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and other Downtown attractions.

DASH Driver Ambassadors ensure efficient transportation of individuals between 20+ designated DASH hubs within the Special Services District (SSD) of Tampa’s Downtown while being a friendly and inviting ambassador of Downtown. Driver Ambassadors operate a company-provided four-door EV and utilize app-based software to receive and accept ride requests, navigate hub locations, and track rides.
