Rhythm & Hues Returns This Friday with a Special Mural Unveiling

Last Friday, our community came together for a special Community Mural Painting Day, joining local artist Dylan Perry to help bring a vibrant new mural to life. From first brushstrokes to finishing touches, community members left their mark on a piece that now reflects the creativity and spirit of Tampa Heights.

Now, we invite you to join us this Friday for Rhythm & Hues in the Rialto Theater Alleyway (1617 N Franklin St), where the completed mural will be unveiled. Taking place from 6–9PM, this quarterly pop-up transforms the alleyway into a lively celebration of art, music, and culture in the Tampa Heights neighborhood. Experience the space as it comes alive with color, rhythm, and artistic expression, featuring talented local artists and a vibrant, creative atmosphere.

Come celebrate the finished mural and the community that helped create it—one brushstroke at a time. Special thanks to Gasparilla Festival of the Arts and PPK for their support on this project.

150+ Bikes Parked at Gasparilla Music Festival

This past weekend at the Gasparilla Music Festival, the Tampa Downtown Partnership kept things rolling by parking more than 150 bikes through our complimentary bike valet service. As thousands gathered to enjoy the music, our team provided a convenient, secure, and sustainable transportation option that helped make getting to and from the festival even easier.

Our bike valet program is just one of the ways we support a more accessible and connected Downtown. Beyond Gasparilla Music Festival, our staff regularly brings this service to other major events throughout the year—encouraging alternative transportation, reducing congestion, and enhancing the overall event experience.

Keep an eye out for us at upcoming events and ride into Downtown with ease!
