Thanksgiving Dinner at Anchor & Brine

Anchor and Brine, located within Tampa Marriott Water Street, offers a coastal-driven approach to food with menus that embrace its proximity to the waterfront and feature high-quality seasonal dishes. Chef Richard Sandoval’s signature refined, yet approachable style is reflected in Anchor and Brine’s design along with the various food and drink menus. This year’s curated Thanksgiving menu will include:

  • Turkey Special: Herb and Garlic brined Turkey, Mashed potatoes and gravy, Sweet potato casserole with pecans, green beans with ham and onion, Brioche and vegetable stuffing. Cranberry Cointreau sauce (Contains Gluten, Dairy and nuts)
  • Pumpkin Pie cinnamon whipped cream
  • Cranberry Margarita: Espolon blanco, agave, lime, Cointreau, cranberry
