The vibrant and colorful festival will showcase and celebrate all things Asian and Pacific Islander in the heart of downtown Tampa. Free and open to the public, City staff are invited to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park (600 N Ashley Dr) on May 11, from noon to 9:00 pm to immerse themselves in a spectacular afternoon and evening of incredible Asian cultural performances, mouthwatering delicacies, authentic Asian wares, fascinating informational exhibits, plus a beauty pageant and singing competition. Asian countries and regions represented include Korea, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, India, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia, as well as the Hawaiian and South Pacific Islands.
