Barre in the Park

Founded in 2001, The Bar Method is scientifically proven to be safe and effective by physical therapists and OBGYNs. Our sculpt then stretch method creates long, lean, and toned muscles. Barre tones, strengthens, and elongates your muscles with small, controlled movements using light weights and body weight resistance. Combining elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and strength training, you will gain more flexibility, endurance, coordination, and strength.


Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
