Unanimously approved on Thursday, the Tampa City Council approved and agreed to a development on four properties, in between East Ashley Drive and North Tampa Street, located in Tampa Heights. These properties, led by PMG Affordable, will have a minimum price of $5.6 million and will close on 5.6 acres of land.
With the boom of Tampa’s Downtown, the plan includes over 1,000 residential units. These will be very close to the Riverwalk and other Downtown venues.
