Teresa Walls serves as the Assistant Project Manager of the Clean and Safe program for the Tampa Downtown Partnership. Teresa, a native of Detroit, Michigan, moved to Tampa in 1992.

In her time here in Tampa she has worked several managerial jobs including Head Deposit Clerk for Time Customer Service, where she worked for 12 years before coming to work for the Partnership.

Teresa has worked for the Tampa Downtown Partnership since 2008. In her 17 years with the Clean and Safe program she has held many titles. Teresa began with the Clean Team in 2008 and quickly moved over to a Guide with the team. After several years as a Guide, she returned to the Clean Team as a Shift Lead. Teresa has been part of the plant, beautification program and worked as the lead for the maintenance crew for three years. Teresa has been in her current position as Assistant Project Manager since 2020. In her position, she oversees the day to day operations for both the Clean Team and the Ambassadors.
