Joe heads Clean and Safe Operations for the Tampa Downtown Partnership, as the District Operations Manager. His teams ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming Downtown for residents and visitors. Clean and Safe Operations includes: Litter Patrol, Landscape Maintenance, Ambassadors, and Homeless Liaison Services. In addition, the DASH micro-transit service falls under Clean and Safe, with DASH Driver Ambassadors offering on-demand shared ride services to virtual hub locations throughout the Special Services District. 

Joe has a lifetime of operational experience, with a diverse background ranging from the culinary arts to construction. Prior to working with the Tampa Downtown Partnership, Joe helped launch and ran operations for Coast Bike Share, a first of its kind micro-mobilty provider in Tampa. This experience gave him a wealth of knowledge pertaining to ROW maintenance, stakeholder communication, and project management. 

Joe attended Florida Gulf Coast University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studies. Initially an engineering student, Joe has a strong analytical background that is balanced out with a minor in Communications. 

Joe is a proud Florida native, with family roots in the Tampa area stretching back to the 1800s.
