Dilip brings a diverse background in finance, brand management, consulting, and operations leadership to his role as Finance Director. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with companies including Newell Brands, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, and PwC, where he led strategic initiatives, managed large portfolios, improved operational performance, and built strong cross-functional relationships across both corporate and community-focused environments. Known for his collaborative leadership style and people-centered approach, Dilip is passionate about developing teams, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and creating meaningful connections that drive long-term impact. He is excited to support the continued growth and vibrancy of Downtown Tampa through thoughtful financial stewardship and community partnership. Outside of work, Dilip enjoys reading, live music, yoga, attending concerts and sporting events, and building connections within the community.
