When you arrive, you’ll be able to choose from a vast array of novels that are covered until you unwrap them to reveal the title! This is a perfect opportunity to take the guesswork out of finding the perfect book! Be sure to come out and enjoy a lovely spring day and great literature with a date or a friend!

What's Pop-In returns to Tampa's Downtown!

We’re incredibly excited to continue one of our favorite Downtown traditions! “What’s Pop-In” will return to Tampa’s Downtown tonight at Blind Date with a Book, and again on Thursday at 6:30pm at Grand Central Courtyard!

 

Every pop-up will include a What’s Pop-In stand with a QR code so that you can instantly take the survey on your mobile device. As an added bonus, when you scan the QR code, we’ll give you a FREE bag of popcorn!

Investors seek to redevelop the building on 500 E Kennedy Blvd.

Jason and Courtney Kuhn of Kuhn Automotive Group plan to reform 500 E Kennedy Blvd. into an upscale 40,000 sqaure-foot club by the summer of 2026! This now vacant space is envisioned to become a ritzy gathering destination that is projected to include “several bars, a jazz lounge, a wellness center, a rooftop garden terrace, a cigar room, an event space” and so much more!

The Tampa Downtown Partnership is calling all incoming or recently graduated high school seniors to consider applying for our Summer Internship Program! This program presents a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in urban planning and public service through projects that aid in the cleanliness and efficiency of Tampa’s Downtown!

 

Requirements:

  • Must be an incoming high school senior or recently graduated high school senior, not enrolled in a four-year educational institution
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Comfortable working outside in an urban environment

We're spreading holiday cheer early for small businesses who wish to be a part of Winter Village 2024!

Could your business be one of the shops available at Winter Village this year? The Shops of Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Park offer holiday shoppers an affordable and unique retail experience with local sellers of garments, personal products, artisan goods, gourmet packaged foods, and holiday decor.
