The City of Tampa partnered with providers Bird, Lime, Spin and RAZOR deploying about 2,400 e-vehicles throughout town. The e-scooters are available for rent via credit card and pricing varies by the minute and by provider. While riders can take trips all over the city on sidewalks, there are a few no-ride zones, including the Riverwalk, Bayshore Boulevard and East Seventh Street in Ybor City. HART SMART AV is Tampa Bay’s FIRST autonomous, electric shuttle. The FREE service operates every 15 minutes between HART’s Marion Transit Center and Whiting St./Marion St. in Downtown Tampa. HART SMART AV provides a first-mile, last-mile connection between HART bus service on the north end of Downtown and FREE TECO Line Streetcar service to historic Ybor City on the south end.
