Led by the two chef-owners who brought tapas to the Dunedin Market in 2005 at their 3 star restaurant, Chefs John Lewis and Debbie McGiffin, co-owners of Palate CulinaryServices and co-authors of the cookbook, “It’s All About the Food”. The chefs have taught over 3,000 people plus 2,000 kids how to cook and have fun in the kitchen for the past 20 years. In addition, Chef John was the resident chef on the “Daytime” television program on WFLA-TV, News Channel 8 for 13 years.
