The “In Memoriam” segment of this year’s Academy Awards® was particularly poignant, thanks to an emotional duet featuring tenor Andrea Bocelli and his son, Matteo. Their rendition of “Time to Say Goodbye” lit up the internet and made clear that the younger Bocelli was a talent to watch. His debut solo album, Matteo, was released in 2023, a winning mixture of pop, classical crossover and yearning ballads. Now, Matteo is making his mark in concert on his first headlining tour.
