Are you about to go on the trip of a lifetime and want to take better pictures? Are you eager to sharpen your travel and landscape photographic eye? Do you want to be inspired with fresh ideas? If so, this workshop is for you! Join award-winning fine art photographer Scott Bolendz and embark on a fun, story-filled, interactive, 2 hour presentation-style workshop designed for all camera enthusiasts – whether you use a DSLR, mirror-less or smartphone camera.
Students will review how to select appropriate camera gear for specific types of travel and landscape outings, how to plan ahead to be more productive with your time, learn practical photography tips, explore 20 creative ideas for getting those priceless shots of people, places and things (with many examples!).
Students will also learn about historic and contemporary trends in landscape photography as well as review photo editing software (both mobile and computer-based) to make those priceless shots look even better! There will be opportunities for Q&A as well as brief student image critiques (if time permits). Feel free to bring a few of your favorite travel or landscape photos to share for this fun photographic journey of discovery. No passports are needed!
