It’ll be Beer Madness at Bizou on Thursday, March 29, for our Coppertail Final Four dinner event!

Our MVP, Chef Cody, will bring you a four-course dinner in his home court: Bizou’s Private Dining Room. Coppertail Brewing Co‘s Beer Master will complete our dream team, pairing local Coppertail brews with each delicious course and coaching you through an unforgettable dinner experience.

A beer reception will immediately precede the four-course dinner at 6:30 p.m., with dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Tasting of Independent (German Style Pilsner)

First Quarter:
Arugula, toasted macadamia nuts, tomatoes, crispy onions, and goat cheese grilled apricots tossed in a Slam Piece vinaigrette

– Paired with Coppertail Slam Piece (Florida Weisse, with cucumber)

Second Quarter:
Bomp citrus-glazed crispy chicken pretzel sliders

– Paired with Coppertail Bomp (Blood orange, mango and passion fruit)

Third Quarter:
Smoked duck breast served with braised bok choy, tri-colored couscous, and finished with a Night Swim cranberry glaze

– Paired with Coppertail Night Swim (Robust Porter)

Fourth Quarter:
S’mores coffee float featuring bourbon ice cream, Hoppocuno beer, toasted marshmallow, and a gram cracker rim

– Paired with Coppertail Hoppucuno

$65 per person (plus tax and gratuity)
