River O’ Green is an annual, free event to kick off the St. Patrick’s Day holiday, as the Hillsborough River is transformed into a bright shade of green. Celebrate with live Irish entertainment, food and beverage vendors, beer, and family-friendly activities.

Summer Series at Curtis Hixon Park offers kids programming throughout the week under 6,000 SF of shade during its installation.
The Urban Excellence Awards event gives the downtown community a fun and social occasion to recognize the pioneers, trailblazers and Downtown champions that have contributed to the success, transformation and revitalization of Tampa’s Downtown.
Under the palm trees, along the Tampa Riverwalk, Winter Village features an outdoor ice rink with holiday-themed shops, food, drinks, and treats. The project includes a 360-degree light show in Curtis Hixon Park choreographed to music, holiday décor throughout Downtown, and a unique streetcar experience aboard the Winter Village Express.
