601 Ashley
601 Ashley, originally built in 1925, was totally restored and renovated in 1998 complete with new HVAC, fiber and elevator systems. Since that time the building has won consecutive BOMA Building of the Year awards for 1999, 2000, and 2001 in its class, and was a regional BOMA winner in 2001, as well as NAIOP 2001 Rehab Building of the Year. The building is artistically finished in a manner reflecting its past even to the point of the famous Pacheco paintings depicting the building and Tampa's history. With a unique floor plate of 5105 RSF,601 Ashley is able to offer the mid-size tenant their own identity on an exclusive floor as well as building monument signage. There is a mixture of well-lit covered parking and open parking spaces with easy access access and egress.
