Tampa Downtown Partnership Highlights Downtown Summer Camps

TAMPA, FL
(April 02, 2010) – With summer quickly approaching, the Tampa Downtown Partnership has begun promoting summer camp opportunities available in downtown Tampa.

Summer camp opportunities in downtown Tampa include sports, art, history, photography, and educational enrichment.  Many of downtown Tampa’s cultural and educational venues operate a full summer camp schedule for children ranging in age from 5 to 17.

To promote summer camp opportunities in downtown Tampa, the Partnership has established a webpage on its website, www.tampasdowntown.com.  The page is accessible in the “Downtown Deals” section under the “Learn” category.  Direct access to the page is available from the home page in both the “Latest News” section and there is a promotional banner rotating on the home page.  To view the webpage, click here.

On this special webpage viewers will be able to read a description of the various camps available and either link to the organization’s website for more information or a phone number is provided.  As more programs are announced the Partnership will update the webpage.

The Tampa Downtown Partnership is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)6 organization.  It is a membership organization comprised of companies, organizations and individuals with a common goal of advancing downtown Tampa.  Through an annual contract with the City of Tampa, the Tampa Downtown Partnership administers the Special Services District.  In addition to Tampa's Downtown Guides and Clean Team, the Tampa Downtown Partnership works to promote downtown through a multitude of initiatives including marketing, business development, transportation, planning and beautification.  For additional information about the Tampa Downtown Partnership visit www.tampasdowntown.com.
